   1 Motor transport and storage: The motor should avoid water vapor, moisture and any corrosive gas as much as possible to prevent the motor from rusting during transportation and storage and cause motor failure. If you do not use it for a long time, you need to apply anti-rust oil and put it in a wooden box with plastic paper to avoid placing the motor directly on the ground. Motor storage environment: Relative humidity 10% to 90%, -20 to 65°C.

2 The hydraulic motor shall be selected according to the specified technical parameters. The pressure, flow and output power of the motor shall not exceed the specified value.

3 oil temperature: long-time operation, the oil temperature does not exceed 650C. Often working oil temperature 25 ~ 550C.

4 YB-N46, YB-N68 anti-wear hydraulic oil with a kinematic viscosity of 20-50 mm2/s (50°C) is recommended. The fluid must be clean, with a filtration accuracy of no less than 20 μm. It conforms to the ISO standard cleanliness level of 18/13. This specification allows the number of particles greater than 5 HMm per mL to be no more than 2,500 particles, and the number of particles for 15 μm not more than 80.

5 Outer drain outlets should be equipped with joints to drain outside and external drains should be connected back to the tank. When the motor runs at low speeds, the back pressure can be eliminated and the back pressure value is not less than 0.2 MPa. Generally, the back pressure should be less than 0.7 MPa, when the back pressure of the oil is big. In the case of OMPa, the drain pipe should be single-connected.


6 Rotation. The motor can be rotated in the forward and reverse directions, the shaft rotation direction of the factory motor

7 Avoid operation of the cycloidal motor under pump conditions, and even less use of the pump. When connecting the system, you should look at the rotation relationship between the mounting position of the motor inlet and outlet on the mounting diagram and the motor. During installation, it is found that the oil inlet and outlet are not suitable, and the installation of the A and B cavities can be adjusted by changing the inlet and outlet pipes, which can achieve the opposite effect of the original work rotation direction.

8 test run. Before starting, check whether the motor installation and connection are correct and firm. Whether the system is correct or not, whether the inlet and outlet oil pipes and the drain pipe are tightened, and whether the direction of oil inlet and outlet and the direction of rotation of the motor meet the requirements of working conditions, and the pressure of the overflow valve of the oil supply pipeline is adjusted to the minimum. The value is gradually adjusted to the required pressure after operation. After running the motor for at least 10 minutes under no load, the motor is gradually pressurized to the working pressure, and the operation of the motor is observed at any time during operation. Always check the operation of the motor and system during operation, such as abnormal temperature rise, leakage, vibration and noise or pressure.
