In the traditional rear suspension hydraulic control system, the position adjustment for agricultural machinery is completed by mechanical control, because the control of mechanical mode needs to be realized by pull rod and elastic element, the structure is relatively complex, and long-term use may make parts deform and produce the hysteresis of hydraulic reaction, affect the actual working effect.

 

2. the new rear suspension hydraulic system

Since the mechatronic and hydraulic integration technology has been widely used in agricultural machinery, the electronic control system of the tractor has achieved effective integrated control of the tractor's power shift, instrument and differential unit control and battery management, and the new rear suspension system mainly includes a three-point suspension mechanism, a hydraulic pump, a depth control valve, an oil cylinder, an electronic control element and a sensing monitoring device. Taking tillage as an example, due to the large number of applications of sensing and detection technology, the detection parameters of the sensor can be transmitted to the processor for analysis, and through the comparison of traction force and tillage depth parameters, the drive valve can be scientifically controlled to realize the lifting or lowering of agricultural machinery and tools, so as to ensure the scientificity of ploughing operations. Compared with the traditional mechanical control structure, the new rear suspension system uses electronic control instead of mechanical structure, which effectively reduces the probability of mechanical failure, and at the same time accelerates the response speed and makes the control more flexible.
