1. Motor does not rotate

When the motor suddenly stops running, you need to quickly locate the fault according to the following process:

(1) Hydraulic pump status check

First confirm whether the hydraulic pump is started. If it does not start, check whether the motor power supply and coupling is loose. A project case, due to poor contact with the motor line caused by the hydraulic pump stops, rewire the fault eliminated.

(2) Check the position of the reversing valve

Check whether the reversing valve is in the neutral position. In the neutral position, the motor is in the unloading state and needs to be switched to the working position. (3) System pressure detection

2. Internal and external leakage

(1) Determination and treatment of internal leakage

Symptom identification: no-load speed is normal but no power with load, suggesting internal leakage.

Cause identification: excessive stator body gap (standard gap 0.03-0.04mm) is the main cause. An excavator motor due to clearance exceeds the standard 0.1mm, internal leakage surge, grinding plane clearance restored to 0.03mm, output torque increased by 35%.

Deep repair: For the rotor tooth surface pulling, the use of 8-tooth rotor with 9-tooth stator and optimization of short amplitude coefficient can reduce the contact stress to 20MPa, which significantly improves the stability of low speed.

(2) External leakage treatment program

Shaft end oil leakage: replace the oil seal, if the output shaft wear over 0.1mm need to be replaced simultaneously. A concrete mixer truck has oil leakage of 500ml per day due to aging of oil seal, and the problem is eliminated after replacing the Viton oil seal.

Combined surface oil leakage: tighten the bolt to 9-10kg・m torque, or replace the O-ring. Oil leakage from the bonding surface of a roller due to uneven mounting surface. After regrinding the mounting surface, the sealing performance was restored.
