3. The pressure of the safety valve of the full hydraulic steering gear is low, and the premature opening of the safety valve causes the pressure of the steering system to be low and the steering is heavy. At this time, it is necessary to check whether the safety spring of the steering gear is deformed or fails, if the spring fails, the spring should be replaced, and if the spring elasticity is insufficient, a gasket can be added between the spring and the seat to improve the pre-pressure.
4. The steering weight caused by mechanical failures such as knuckle stagnation and poor lubrication of the tractor should be lubricated or replaced in time.
Fault: light when slow steering, heavy when fast steering.
Reasons: 1. The oil supply of the constant flow overflow pump is insufficient, and one of the reasons for the insufficient oil supply of the constant flow overflow pump is that the cross-flow overflow valve core of the constant flow overflow pump is poorly sealed, and the pressure is low, and the second is that the gear pump on the constant flow overflow pump is worn and needs to be repaired or replaced.
2. The opening pressure of the safety valve of the steering pump is low, and the pressure needs to be re-adjusted.
3. When air enters the steering oil, it is necessary to carefully check the parts of the air and eliminate the air inlet fault, and at the same time exhaust the air to the steering oil circuit.
Fault: Steering is heavy and light on the other.
Reasons: 1. The steering resistance on both sides is inconsistent, such as one side of the tire is flat, etc., the reason for the inconsistency of the steering resistance on both sides should be carefully checked and eliminated.
