Directional valve installation

1. The basic structure and function of the directional valve.

2. Installation steps of directional valve.

(1) Pretreatment

Before the directional valve can be installed, it needs to be pre-treated, including cleaning, grease and other steps. First of all, the inside and outside of the directional valve are cleaned to ensure that there are no debris and dirt in the valve body to prevent the normal use of the valve. The piston is then greased to reduce friction between the piston and the seal.

(2) Positioning

Position the reversing valve in the installation position to ensure that it is consistent with the direction of the pipe. At the same time, it is necessary to pay attention to the opening direction of the valve to prevent work errors caused by reversing.

(3) Connection

Connecting a multi-way directional valve requires the use of suitable fittings and seals to ensure a tight and leak-free connection. During the connection process, it is necessary to pay attention to the direction and position of each screw, so as to avoid poor sealing due to improper installation.

(4) Sealing

After connecting the directional valve, it needs to be sealed, and the connection port needs to be sealed with sealant or Teflon tape to ensure the normal use of the valve.

(5) Testing

After the installation of the directional valve is completed, the test verification is carried out to check whether the opening and closing of the valve is flexible and whether the flow rate is normal, so as to ensure that the performance of the directional valve is normal.

3. Precautions

(1) In the process of installing the directional valve, you need to read the product description and installation guide carefully to ensure the correct operation.

(2) The directional valve needs to be placed in a dry, ventilated and clean place to avoid the valve being covered with dirt and dust.

(3) The directional valve needs to be lubricated and inspected before operation to ensure the normal accuracy and performance.
